We went inside for assistance, and were given little help. The employee at the counter had limited knowledge of the Truist merger. She was also overworked (the only one assisting a line of customers), while several other employees sat around in their offices. We were told that one of them would help us, but they never did. A complete waste of time. We will likely not be back.
