They allowed the charge to go through and told me I would have to wait until the debit clears to file a complaint and “try” to get my money back!! I’m on a fixed income and now I’m in a mess!

Upon arrival my grandmother needed the restroom but we were unaware their restrooms were locked/not for public. One of the bankers noticed when he was leaving, and when mom said “we’ll need to leave” he was kind enough to unlock it and let her use the restroom. I am super grateful because she has kidney problems and holding it is imperative she does not hold it. That small kindness proves so much. Thank you so much.
