The worst bank I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Worst bank in America. Worst location in Tennessee. I don't care that your system is down EVERY single time and you only have TWO cashiers. Quit with the excuses. 15 mins before you close for a holiday your system goes down. Tired of this post covid society who can't execute their job. Close down. Will never waste my time at this location EVER again. It's embarrassing how bad truist is.

I would highly recommend that you do not use this bank. Very difficult to speak with anyone at the bank. Everytime you call you get an answering machine. They have never called me back and I have to call other banks to get them to email the bank. Not to mention the 9 months it took them to close my construction loan costing me nearly 100,000 dollars in additional cost. Stay away at all cost for your financial needs

Had a bad experience with my checking account there. Didn't receive good customer service either. They wanted to charge to cash a check on their bank from a business account just because I closed my account there. Would never do business with them again. I've never heard of charging someone to cash a check written on their bank just because I didn't have an account. I use to work at a bank and we always cashed checks written on that bank whether that person had an account there or not.
