As a result, I was charged unfair overdraft fees. When I asked for help, the employees refused to return the money and told me there was nothing they could do. I believe this is a deliberate tactic to take money from new customers who are not aware of these hidden settings. For this reason, I am leaving the most negative review possible for this branch.
