The employees do not tell new customers about the negative conditions when opening an account. Because of this lack of transparency, I was charged fees I did not expect. This shows poor customer care and a lack of honesty.

When I opened my business account, the staff never explained the negative details or hidden risks, like overdraft fees. I feel that important information was not shared honestly, and this created unnecessary problems for me. Very disappointing service

I am very disappointed with this branch. When I first opened my business account, no one warned me that overdraft coverage was automatically enabled. As a result, I was charged unfair overdraft fees. When I asked for help, the employees refused to return the money and told me there was nothing they could do. I believe this is a deliberate tactic to take money from new customers who are not aware of these hidden settings. For this reason, I am leaving the most negative review possible for this branch.
