Had a phone appointment with Amanda to renew a CD. She didn’t call and I couldn’t get through to the branch via phone, which is a common occurrence. Called 6 times.
Will be taking our money to a credit union. Bad service has become the norm at this branch. It’s not acceptable, especially when dealing with time sensitive products like CDs.

Service was horrible. Amanda was super rude to me and this was not the first time. I needed a change order and she told me a normal person wouldn’t do it this way, which was really offensive.

If I could put negative, I would have. Worse bank ever. They hold cash or check deposits until the next day

While I understand bank tellers can only do so much they could at least have a positive attitude. Idk if the teller was having a bad day or if she normally has a cloudy disposition. I went to regions. Even though the teller there couldn't help me she was at please nice and attempted be be helpful rather than telling me "I can't do this". Trust me, just go to Regions; they atleast make an effort.
