- WGWL GAug 3, 20171.0The bank tellers are friendly and professional but Wells Fargo is a terrible bank. Don't ever bank with them. My mother been dead for 5 years. Only came back to this bank to withdraw $50 out of my savings account so the money won't go to the state for being inactive. And they won't let me. Because my mother is the custodian of this account and had been dead for 5 years I still can't have access to my money without her or a death certificate. I had this problem at 17 and I still have this problem at 23! They won't even tell me the account # or routing#! Terrible,Terrible bank!
