- JAJudith andersonDec 14, 20231.0Went to deposit a check into my son's account which I have done many times before? This is a first, they wouldn't let me make the deposit, the teller didn't know what to do never looked at the check just said he couldn't do it, the customer behind me wanted to deposit his payroll check into his account and a 12 year customer and never looked at his check either said he could only deposit a cashier's check?? What is happening to Wells Fargo bank,?? I myself have worked in banking for over 25 years and am amazed that this person knew nothing about banking ..so so sad !!

- TDTaj DialloNov 4, 20171.0If you're not one of their regulars, or ______ please be prepared to be interrogated like you are stealing money out of your account or putting money into your account! Hence, I used my bank card with the chip and PIN number.. I was still asked to provide I.d to put money in my account. I wasn’t there to withdraw funds, I was there to deposit.. Really!! They automatically thought that I was up to no good. Im only an out of owner, who wanted to pay my bills on time. It was getting Iate so stopped in to handle my business. Luckily, I was on my best behavior that day.. I'm not paranoid by far, I know the rules of banking and a lot of things that they did that particular day, was all discretionary ..Ive been banking with Wells Fargo for years, and I've never felt so disrespected. They need more customer service training!! Hence, this branch is somewhat diverse however their mentality isn’t!!
