Nope not at this location. Then the staff ask what you need after you've sent the items in the volt. Do better. Regions service is Better
- TPTonya PerryOct 6, 20251.0Yes folks are rude. I went in last week and saw four employees 'having a meeting' while the teller line continued to grow. One guy apologized for the wait and got snippy when I said it is ALWAYS like this. Closing my account and going elsewhere!
- JCJulie CelibertiAug 23, 20251.0Absolute worst baking experience ever I do not recommend Wells Fargo I have been a customer since 2007. Recently I ordered a new debit card and wanted to get it put in my digital wallet and after spending an hour on the phone getting the runaround from customer service I thought you hung up. That had never been a problem before. If you make a debit card purchase and return the item it takes 5 to 7 days to get a refund on your account and that is using a debit card not a credit card. I continue to see and their customer service going down the hill I'm so happy that I no longer Bank there and as it stands I cannot access my money until my new card comes in the mail that is ridiculous they had always been able to add it to my digital wallet in the past do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere

She didn't understand it and tried calling me. When I didn't pick up they just had her go through with it anyways and said I'd be cool with it. I showed up an hour later because they didn't pick up my call and basically said nothing they could do. Tried to sell me on a card and when I said no, the banker asked me if I wanted relationship advice instead of bank advice.
