- CCChantal CarnesAug 19, 20251.0Consistently for customer service every single time I come. If they weren't the closest, I would have given up. It also doesn't help when the tellers don't understand how to do their jobs. There's a difference between checks are being deposited and checks that you are receiving cash from. Training is absolutely necessary for this branch. add on: I just want to add that I can't deposit a check by ATM, because Wells Fargo lost a check once that just by dumb luck I had deposited in person. I had the teller slip, it was from a major company (i.e. the check was good), and when I went to the bank about it, they started off by telling me they don't guarantee ATM checks, etc. Then since I had my slip and could prove it was in person, everything changed. Turns out the teller misplaced my check. I never forgot the lesson. As to the email. sure when I get time. Experience tells me I will get a platitude. It's been a long time since Wells Fargo showed signs of caring about its customers, but some training does need to take place a that branch.

So I went back to return the roll of coins and asked the manager Antonio Brooks if he could switch them out for me. He denied my request and said he refused to change them out even though they gave me those coins. I call the Wells Fargo down the street and the manager didn’t even think twice to say that he would replace them out. Antonio had awful customer service for a branch manager it was embarrassing to see him act this way.
