- ACAlan ColemanJun 13, 20252.0I looked forward to this branch opening the entire time it was being built. The downtown location always takes forever and a day to do a simple deposit. Always only one teller a line back to the door so it’s never quick. The Green Hills branch isn’t any better. There is never anyone there customer wise but when you go in you have to wait for someone to get up from a desk and decide they actually want to help you. Unfortunately the white Bridge branch is way too aggressive. They have a women that bombards you before you even get in the building. I went in to make a simple deposit and to get to know the new people (tellers) at the new branch. Both times I tried she insisted you use the atm and you can’t get near a teller I was really confused because no one else was in there. If they were busy I could understand but I was the only one there. They need to get rid of her or find something else for her to do. She shouldn’t be approaching people in this manner.
