- ABAndrew BetancourtDec 14, 20241.0The branch itself is great. But the bank will leave you extremely frustrated. My debit card never works. Sometimes I get a text message saying to approve my purchase and when I did, it caused to get double charged. Another time, the purchase did not get approved and I got no text message. I called and they said they blocked it to protect me. I tried to make another purchase and again, it got denied. When I called of course it was after hours. If you want a bank that lets you use your debit card with out any issues, this bank is not it.
- ESEdwardio SFeb 10, 20243.0I came here to use the ATM on a Saturday and it turns out this new location doesn’t have an ATM that is accessible outside of business hours. Very disappointing since the old location next door did. The remnants are still there. 02/12/24: I was called by the branch manager to inform me they will be getting an ATM that is accessible outside of business hours. Please do not look people up and call them over reviews, the reply is more than enough. 08/31/25: they called me a couple months ago to inform me they finally have an outdoor after hours accessible atm. Is that petty or what? No issues otherwise though so i have raised it to 3 stars. I’ll make it 4 if you send me a letter saying you won’t call me except for emergencies, 5 if there’s a Monopoly style ‘banking error in my favor’ if you catch my drift. 😉
