    I received an email thanking me for “my recent visit.” I’m not a customer there, their service was so bad, I took all my accounts and went down the street to Regions Bank, where they answer their phone, have someone at the door to greet you as soon as you walk in and escort you to a cashier. What a better experience all around. Since reliant was bought out, this bank has gone down hill….and fast. How sad, I used to love it!

    Since what used to be Reliant Bank got bought out by United Community Bank, the customer service is terrible. I had some fraudulent charges made using my card number, so I called their fraud prevention department. They put a hold on the card (which is fine), but told me that I had to call again the next day to get a new debit card sent. This should have been my first sign that this was going to be a mess. Why should I have to make a second call to get a card replaced? I called the next day, and the representative told me it would take 7-10 business days to receive a replacement card. While this is a long time to be without a card, I didn't have a choice in the matter. Fast forward to today, where it has been three full weeks and I still have not received anything. I called to see where my card was, and was informed that the rep I spoke to NEVER ORDERED A REPLACEMENT. The call center rep said they could not expedite one, but transferred me to a local branch, who didn't answer the phone. This is incompetence, plain and simple. If I could give zero stars based on this experience alone, I would. Take your money elsewhere.

    They are never friendly. Been a customer for several years and still get asked for ID just about every time. I like that they are never busy and I can get right through the drive-thru or inside
