I made a deposit st 5 pm, they closed at 4 pm on a Monday.The next day the deposit was not processed . I called the branch 36 hours later, still had not processed the deposit. They apologized but said they could not get in to the night deposit the day before? Huh? They promised to have it processed by noon....it’s just a deposit...that’s what banks do, right? 7 hours later I called as the deposit was not showing up on line...the deposit still had not been deposited/ processed. Are you kidding me???? I would give less than one star if I could.
