Go to another Suntrust branch. This branch and Joelton are.by far the slowest and under staff branch. Sitting in line for 30 minutes+ is not acceptable

Jon Kieffner is the guy you want to see! He is kind and helpful and always remembers us and my kids' names. He takes whatever time is necessary to get done what we have to do. Highly recommend.

Today,I had an excellent experience with an employee of SunTrust, Leandra Richardson whose position is Teller II, although they seem to have a branch manager job opening and they might well consider her. After 3 previous bounce around calls at my branch who only gets an ok, the free business line who gets a fee waived and gets a good to Leandra who talked to me at least 3 times understood the problem, searched for the incoming Fed wire, found it and fixed all of yesterday's errors. Rarely have I come across some one in my 30 years in finance who took the time to understand the problem and figure out how to fix it by asking someone she knew. When i called back with the Fed wire tracking number she was as delighted as I was. We started our conversations before 9 and just ended it wiht a fixed problem. When you have a problem, or go in this branch, ask for Leandra Richardson and know that she is on her game. She is smart, persistent and kind. What more could you ask for?
