- CBChris bAug 12, 20221.0This company is a joke and this branch is a joke. Staff isn’t friendly and not helpful at all. Had a simple question about paying mortgage. Was told I would have to wait for somebody higher up to help and that’s fine. Told them I was on the clock at work and needed to be gone as quick as I could. Waited 45 minutes for the lady to be rude to me and say she has no control over anyone but her. Watched all the “higher ups” in the office not doing anything the whole time
