I've stayed away from using this drive-through since they gave my ID and debit card to another customer two or three years ago. However, I had to use the drive-through twice in the past week, and the wait time AFTER getting to the windows is terrible. I don't know if they are understaffed or what may be the underlying problem, but drivng up to an empty drive-through with no other customers present and waiting 20 minutes to get a check cashed is not good. Avoid this branch if possible.

Went in to get a withdraw from account. All was OK. Until the end. Bank teller acted like was a hassle to get me a reciept. Said if I really needed it was gonna take awhile. I told him that's fine. Then he huffed so I told him don't worry about it. I can see it's to much trouble for you. I have tho gs to do anyways.

Lack of professionalism in their employees, they are impolite and rude! Closed my account after putting up with them for 5 years!
