However, I had to use the drive-through twice in the past week, and the wait time AFTER getting to the windows is terrible. I don't know if they are understaffed or what may be the underlying problem, but drivng up to an empty drive-through with no other customers present and waiting 20 minutes to get a check cashed is not good. Avoid this branch if possible.

Said if I really needed it was gonna take awhile. I told him that's fine. Then he huffed so I told him don't worry about it. I can see it's to much trouble for you. I have tho gs to do anyways.
