I had my debit card stolen and charges on my account. The gentleman that helped me was great had a speedy recovery of funds. I didn't have to wait went in the mornings. I tend to use atm for deposits. Its faster. 5/3 tellers are scarce and rude also use atm for deposits there. Nashville has a population explosion. Nobody wants to work anymore

The staff are very slow and incompetent when it comes to professionalism. Better pack a lunch if you go to this branch because you will be there a while.
