She was nice initially and I called back with additional questions and was shocked by the response but I’ll be sure to call corporate to let them know about both Ashley and Adam and their customer service skills. While I understand workers may be under pressure, many people are stressed too. Do not take your frustrations out on your customers.

Sometimes the wait times can be long but I know that going in the bank on a Friday I should plan for it. The tellers and the bankers and extremely happy and helpful. They feel like family.
