I understand the need to build a relationship but the chitchat can be manageable to less. And the dust and cobwebs all over the building makes it look and feel like it’s not that great.

She tried to deposit a check that she was told it was for purchasing a program for her new computer the company was sending her. It turned out fake and her account was frozen. The workers at the bank were great but customer service wants to end the relationship with her. Is that what you do to a victim that has banked with you for nearly 30yrs?
