    My debit card was blocked so I called Truist customer services, Christine is true example of outstanding customer service, She solved my problem and answered all my questions, she is doing her job so well I really appreciate her efforts.

    Sometimes an employee can really turn around your day, and Samantha did just that! I didn't have high expectations based on some other reviews, but I was so glad to be proven wrong. Samantha was able to clear up my confusion & it really felt like a natural conversation. Thanks so much!! You're truly a treasure to your company.

    During the pandemic I called for help with a situation and the loan officer named Ashley at this branch was being so rude over the phone. She was nice initially and I called back with additional questions and was shocked by the response but I’ll be sure to call corporate to let them know about both Ashley and Adam and their customer service skills. While I understand workers may be under pressure, many people are stressed too. Do not take your frustrations out on your customers.

    This a great bank with a local feel. I’m greeted every time I walk in and feel like they genuinely care. Sometimes the wait times can be long but I know that going in the bank on a Friday I should plan for it. The tellers and the bankers and extremely happy and helpful. They feel like family.
