i love banking here! the whole staff is great but i wanted to shout out brittany. i witnessed her having to deal with an extremely rude and hostile customer and she did it with a professionalism i myself wouldn’t have been able to muster!

Regina is super nice but this branch is like the "forgotten" Suntrust. The drive thru doesn't work. Always long lines and under staffed. I understand banks would like to do away with their branches but come on. If it is going to be open, at least staff it. I feel sorry for the 3 people who are usually there.

The staff of this branch is quite helpful. Likely because no one except your grandmother uses bank branches anymore, so they have lots of time on their hands. They even gave my two year old a piggy bank. This branch is pretty typical, with teller windows and staff to assist with more complex transactions and loan applications. Be sure to visit one of these American institutions before they go the way of the dodo!
