I have been with Truist for 25 plus years. I have never had worse service. I banked in Smyrna and never had one issue. This office is a joke. They don't even know how to do a loan much less want to do the work. They can't even answer a phone call or respond to you by any other means than snail mail - so that way they don't have to do anything.

Horrible customer service and the branch manager is incompetent and worthless. They never answer their phone so don’t bother calling. Be prepared to wait a minimum 30 minutes for any simple transaction and at least 1 1/2 hours if you need a banker, who is disorganized and doesn’t seem competent at their job. I also witnessed the banker being rude to a disabled customer the last time I was there. Opened my first account with Suntrust in 1993 but I’m closing my accounts. Going somewhere that doesn’t give off the pretentious idea that we should feel special that they allow us to bank with them.
