If you get scammed and request a chargeback, they won't help you. Useless soulless bank. Stay away.

The Best of the Best work here. Holcomb Burk, Sherri Frierson, and Stewart Davis are amazing! they always keep my money safe and sound even through a pandemic. They are understanding and flexible and always treat me with respect. Thank you Renasant Bank! I will keep my money here for the rest of my life. God bless you.

Not a single person was wearing a mask. They were extremely rude to me because I was wearing one, for the protection of my five year old daughter who has chronic lung disease. Terrible banking experience, terrible people.

Never one to leave a review, but this is by far the WORST bank experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been a member of Wells Fargo and 53Bank for years.. took a recommendation from a client to open an account with Renasant. I should have been wary of the account from the very beginning. I did an electronic transfer that withdrew from my account immediately.. and somehow took Renasant 10 days to show on their end.. I shrugged it off and started making deposits to the account. As expected the first few checks within the 30 day period were all held since it was a new account.. however, I found the once again 10 day holding period to be excessive. At this point I was very reluctant on using the bank, but decided to give it another try on 3/25 when I made two check deposits into the account. Checked the next morning and everything appeared to be good to go — used my card to make a few daily purchases and no issues. 3 days later, my card declined on a $3.00 Uber ride.. I check my online banking and not only had they put a hold on the checks, but they processed all of my charges and charged $36.00 overdraft for each transaction. 2 days later i receive a letter in the mail, (who still uses snail mail to relay “we’re putting a hold on your checks, don’t use your card” letter)? Knowing the checks would clear I waited until April 3rd (today) — to do what the letter stated, call and have the fees refunded. ONLY to be met on the other end of the phone by the most arrogant branch manager possible. After spending 30 minutes of my time going back and forth with her over the letter that SHE issued, she finally comes back to the phone with her pride absolutely destroyed and says she will refund the account fees, but she’s going to close my account. Talk about a great example of customer service — if you have NO way to ever get a bank account and this is your last resort, you would be better of putting your money in a sock.
