- DSDonna SpencerApr 30, 20251.0I’ve been banking with them since 2010. They are a bank that does not care about their customers. They don’t offer anything but free ATM withdrawals. If you have issues, they don’t care. They say take it up with the person that charged you. Even if you go through the motions to stop payments or do reversals they still allow your money to be taken out, they allow the overdraft fees and don’t even waive those. I am most definitely changing to another bank. I gave them too much of my time. I don’t even have a dedicated banker. Sad!!
