Absolute worst branch and staff I’ve ever met at any bank in my entire life. Taylor Brown is so unprofessional and has no idea what he is doing at all. Who puts a hold on an account and refuses to take the hold off and lies about it for a whole week. To play with someone’s livelihood and money like that is just not okay. Especially during the holidays, not knowing when your account is going to be taken off hold adds a tremendous amount of stress during this time of year. Will never step foot in this place ever again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. What happened to me at this branch was honestly one of the most stressful and disrespectful banking experiences I’ve ever dealt with. My account was placed on hold for an entire week, and nobody here could give me a real explanation. Every time I asked what was happening to my own money, I got the same robotic line: “Compliance is reviewing it.” No updates, no communication, just total silence while I was left unable to access my funds. But what made this even worse was my interaction with Taylor Brown, the banker who handled my situation. In my experience, he showed absolutely no urgency, no transparency, and no professionalism. The most unbelievable part? He told me the reason my account got flagged was because I waited an hour for him to handle my transfer instead of driving to another branch. I’ve never heard anything more ridiculous or unprofessional from someone in banking. A customer waiting for service is not a valid reason to put an account under review — and hearing that excuse was honestly insulting. After a full week of being kept in the dark, stressed out, and unable to touch my own money, this branch then informed me out of nowhere that my account was being closed — with no real explanation, no clarity, no apology, nothing. Just a cold “we can’t discuss it,” like my time, my stress, and my concern meant absolutely nothing. The emotional toll of this entire situation was awful. I walked away feeling ignored, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. The lack of communication, the lack of empathy, and the lack of basic respect from this branch — especially from Taylor Brown — was shocking. No one should be treated this way by a bank they trust with their money. I strongly warn anyone thinking about using this branch: when something goes wrong, they will leave you completely on your own.

This is the only First Horizon in the area I will go to. Top notch customer service, especially in comparison to the other locations. Always friendly and accommodating.
