- ICImmac CleanSep 30, 20251.0Went to this location yesterday for a simple cashiers check, usually a problem free monthly in out routine(at another branch)for me, not today. Chris wouldnt put my name on the cashiers check(my only bank account since 2003). Sweating me about a fee, wants to change me to another type of account, etc.... It took 45mins to get the check right! I went to another branch and started the close out account process(remove the money). Went to this branch appx 2wks ago and had to wait for them to open and it was almost 9:30am. They literally have messed up bankers hours! You just cant make this stuff up!

Save your sanity and go to the East Nashville location where they will actually greet you and be able to help.
