Because they made a mistake I had to wait for 45 minutes for them to fix it and when I said that I was unhappy with that and I was getting angry, I was told who do you think you are you ain’t nothing we don’t care if you’re the customer you ain’t nothing and you don’t wait on us and you can call anybody want to cause we don’t care nothing about you or this job instead of helping the manager sat in his office until he decided to come and speak in a derogatory way to me as well. Never did they say we apologize for making this mistake we apologize for you having to wait it was you’re just needing to be patient while we do what we need to do. I am reporting them. And I will not go in to retrieve the things from my lockbox without the regional manager, or taking a metro police officer with me.
