- LMLinda MichaelsMay 15, 20201.0My husband was given a check to be deposited by his boss. The only location without an ATM is this one (we don't have an ATM card for his business). After frantically driving for 45 minutes to get there, we arrived at 2:55pm on a Friday afternoon. The location was closed. A tattooed, pierced employee was inside the locked door with her huge dog. (A bank allows a dog to be brought to work?) My husband pleaded with her to let him in since it wasn't 3pm yet. She refused and told him to mail the check FEDEX to California! How is that for customer service? Clearly this bank is not in the customer service business. And what bank closes on a Friday afternoon at 3pm anyway?
