After not completing an address change we requested in person three times, we finally found someone who actually completed that task. Too late though because our new debit cards were sent to our old address. Because of this, we had new cards printed at the bank only to have those cards attached to our daughter’s account, not our own. She’s not associated with our account, nor we with hers. We only found this out because our cards (ours and our daughter’s) were declined over and over at different businesses, after hours, leaving the three of us without access to funds as my husband is leaving for work for a week. This is just one example of the service we’ve had since Reliant was bought by UCB. We are done.

I had been sniffin around all the predatory banking agencies looking for an adequate accomplice to help me render the best deal I could find outside of the secret boy clubs up in wallstreet. It was Day 12 of checking out agents and today I had a clandestine meeting with Ashley. She was all nice and asked me how I was and how she could help me today but I could see past the fake façade grown from years of customer service! I saw the Predator prepared for this succulent dinner that had just walked in. We began going over the various offers available and she expertly navigated the various different factors and points that would best line up with what I was trying to do. It was shortly after that my application was submitted and I waited for the trap to close around me! but it didn't. She reached out promptly for more documents and I promptly provided. Here it was. The trap! another email came a little later on. I was approved. And confused. This was no trap! It turned out to be a really awesome and smooth experience and Ashley was awesome during the entire process while working through the various things to get a Heloc.
