- PHPat HallMar 14, 20221.0Sun Trust was a good bank. Truist has given me trouble from day one. Can't get any help. Call 800 # and am on hold for more than an hour and then they can't help me. Try to set up on line banking and it's a nightmare. I will have to go in and hope I can get some things settled this week. I will be looking for a new bank if I don't get a call bank from local Truist bank or if I can't get things straightened out, I will change banks. Looks as if there's a $2000+ mistake (not in my favor) but since I don't have on line banking and I can't seem to get help from the bank, I WILL change banks.
