Checked my credit 9/10/2025, they reported my account delinquint on 9/10/2025, I called them and was told they HAD to reported it delinquint because that was the last status.... HOW ABOUT "PAID IN FULL". When it was paid in full and they owe me a check for an over payment of payoff. There are other loan companies that aren't out to ruin customers, please go to one of them!!
