Checked my credit 9/10/2025, they reported my account delinquint on 9/10/2025, I called them and was told they HAD to reported it delinquint because that was the last status.... HOW ABOUT "PAID IN FULL". When it was paid in full and they owe me a check for an over payment of payoff. There are other loan companies that aren't out to ruin customers, please go to one of them!!

On their website, there is a place to send a question and a place to send a complaint. Neither of them work. You take the time to type up your concern, and when you push submit, it just sits there. So, you are forced to call in and deal with the employees. Most are polite. But a couple don't have a clue what they were talking about. So frustrating that we have to call these folks just to make a payment that was due a few days ago. Just isn't customer friendly.
