I spoke with Tina about opening an account for an organization and was met with impatience and a bad attitude. To make matters worse, she tried to have me and an associate fill out a bunch of paperwork that another branch in town told me was completely unnecessary. I really hope this office starts to put customers first because they are giving the bank a bad name.
