Woke up this morning at 3am to find a missed call and text from the Fraud Dept. Got to spend 9 minutes with those cats about a charge on my card that I needed to dispute. I was told my current card would be canceled and a new card would be sent to me in the mail. I was also told to go to any branch office to get a temporary card.
Around 3pm I came into this branch office to get my temp card only to find out nothing had been done for me by the Fraud Dept. Luckily for me the teller, Mary was there to assist me with everything I needed. Another teller by the name of Dee was also there to help and lend support.
I’m highly disappointed with the Fraud Dept and their lack of following through, but I’m grateful for Mary and Dee who knew exactly what to do and helped me get it done. Their knowledge and professionalism is top tier and if I need another trip to a branch office I’ll make sure it’s at this one. Thanks ladies!

Somehow the previous reviews on this branch doesn’t surprise me. I am a cancer patient who is struggling hard financially. I sold my house and they put a 10 day hold on the proceeds. No amount of crying and begging made one difference and in fact was hung up on after I made the statement that I have no choice but to make my situation as public as possible. Nobody deserves to be treated like this.

First and last time coming to this location. 3 people at work. One person at the window. Stood in line over 30 min to cash a check on my lunch break!!!!! Just slow! Then the lady at the counter felt she had time for extra chit chat with customers with the line out the door. Super frustrating.

Past few times I have come to this branch the staff have been rude! Not what I'd expect from a southern bank.
