- CDCee DavidsonJul 19, 20255.0Let me preface this review by saying the initial Wells Fargo I visited the staff was not friendly never acknowledged me even as one of the staff members walked right in front of me I was the only person waiting in line. I decided to leave and try a different branch immediately after stepping in the door I was greeted with "Welcome to Wells Fargo, how May I help you?" I knew ant the moment I was in the right location because I was "SEEN". The Teller advised me that I would need to speak with the Baker or I can open the account online because all appointments for that day was full. I opted to speak with a banker, so I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Cameia was AWESOME she was time conscious as I could hear her tell the customer that she was with that her next customer appointment had arrived because they were running over not sure if they arrive late or what - even with her telling them that she was very kind and patient with them and she let me know as that she'll be with me momentarily. Cameia took her time with me and walked me through all of my options made the visit very personable yet professional.
