- DFDee FNov 25, 20252.0I visited the Truist Hacks Cross location to inquire of the fee to order foreign currency. The window teller was courteous but when needing to ask another teller, that particular teller acted like it was a bother. This was not the first encounter of rudeness at this particular location. When there is a necessity for me to actually go inside a branch, I choose another branch regardless of the drive.
