Can you believe that the lady at the drive thru refused to give me 3 check registers, until I asked to speak to a manager? She said I could only have 1, but I have 3 accounts. Really! Was this really something to debate about? Just give me the registers. As if they are hers. SMH! They would rather me close my accounts out than to give me the paper registers. Every since Truist took over, they don’t seem to believe in appeasing their customers. I’m strongly considering moving my money to another bank altogether.
