I’ve been banking with Truist for 6 years and haven’t had any specific issues pertaining to Truist. The Elvis branch is my home branch and I love everyone there. They’re always friendly and ready to help me and my business. I fully trust them. If my deposits are extra - whether a few cents or a few hundreds- they take the time to notify me and correct any errors. Krystal, Nancy, Nikita, Robin, Danny, Daniel, William. Good people. Honest people. I’ll always bank Truist because of these awesome folks

- THTonio HawkinsDec 23, 20211.0I would give zero stars but it’s not possible. This bank is always understaffed and the atm is always broken anticipate a long wait time even when it’s not busy. In my opinion it’s the worst suntrust in memphis shut it down already. I have to go to midtown or Southaven to avoid disappointment
