They prefer to tell you why the can't (read: won't) do their jobs rather than just doing their jobs. Whatever happened to good service? Oh wait... for good SunTrust service, please visit the location on Poplar near Highland or the location on Summer near White Station. They know how to treat regular, high-yielding customers. This location on Union is a train wreck. Regional management should seriously consider retraining or doing a major firing & hiring, promptly.
