Other banks don’t do this because they didn’t have to merge with anyone ! Truist is a joke keep your money in a shoebox before considering them I’ve also reported to the BBB I don’t expect them to contact me due to them not being very knowledgeable anyway

I have been a Suntrust customer for over 16 years, and the experience has been decent. However, the moment I inform them that I plan to take out a significant portion of money for other investment. They then lied to me and misinform me into making a poor financial decision. Long story short, what should have been a simple transaction resulted in me paying additional penalties to get my money out of the bank.
