- DSDonna Shields4 days ago5.0I mistakenly made two $854 online bill payments to a vendor. My account was overdrawn. I came to make a deposit. Shelby Turner helped with my deposit. She readily gave me her card if I needed her assistance & that she worked the next day. The vendor said it would be at least 3 weeks on my refund. I called Ms.Turner minutes before closing. The next day was Sat. At 9:15 am, Ms. Turner had my paperwork ready for me to sign. Not only that, she called me Monday morning to inform me that my money had been returned to my account. She readily offered to assist me and went over and above. She should be commended.

I sat there for 30 minutes some guy is sitting on the computer doing something, not tending to customers, and the two ladies in the office are talking to each other. There’s only one lady actually working at her desk dealing with the three customers sitting there waiting to be helped.
