I was originally inquiring about the mobile deposit even though I prefer to come in to deposit checks. He informed me that this branch did not close until 5pm. I asked if he was sure because the site says 4:30p and I don’t get off until 4:30p. He reaffirmed that most branch locations close at 4:30 but they close at 5. I said oh well I’ll just come as soon as I get off. He said we will see you then. I pull up at 4:49 and I’m met with Derrick who informed me that they were closed and that they closed at 4:30. He said I called a different branch. I informed him that this was the right one and that I spoke with a gentleman who told the 5pm. After asking who else worked there he gave the name Lawrence and I then told him that’s who told me that. When Derrick asked Lawrence if he did he said no. That is poor Integrity and I wouldn’t want to do business with someone especially regarding money who can blatantly tell a lie like that. You all need to do better.
