It took five minutes of me waiting on line she still didn't call. Somebody else did sitting right beside her I do not like her work ethics/attitude. The 2 day she has done this in a week
- RRredhoodOct 3, 20251.0This Location has rude and unprofessional tellers. On 10-2-2025 at 2:30pm the teller in the second booth from front entrance door. Lady with glasses rudely greeted my family member with a I need your ID and account #, not a hello or anything. I was on the phone with the person that was making a deposit to my account he had all my information except account# She tells him she can't deposit money without account #. I explain to her ths is not the first time I've had a deposit made by someone other then myself and they didn't have my account #. She then makes him get out of line to wait and Carleya was able to pull my account up and make the deposit with the information that was given to him. I called the branch twice and was told I will get a manager to call back no call back. I called the branch again and was but on a long hold Noone picked up. This is unfortunate that a bank has people in the front with bad customer service skills representing First Horizon Bank.

My Mom ordered checks through this location and after writing a few checks, and receiving a letter from a company about a check written to them, she realized the checks had the wrong account number on them. We spoke with a young lady and she proceeded to enter the wrong account number not realizing it until I said "that's not her number ". She then put my Mama's number in and said "I have no idea what that number was". She then says "we can get you more checks but not until the 23 and there is a fee for shipping". $11 or $53 for 2 day delivery. I said no because it's y'all's fault. She said let me get my manager and stormed off. She talked to the manager and we heard everything she told her. A couple of minutes later she comes out and asks "what's the problem ". The lady repeats what she has already told her. She says yes because we didn't do it they did. I said yes but that's someone you work with not her. She gave you the slip and thought you would do what you have done the past 25 years. After going back and forth a couple of minutes she finally says we can get them to you by Thursday with no charge but if you are charged just bring it to me and I will refund it😟. Where is the customer service. And they never asked my Mama for Identification. She could have been anybody trying to change anybody's checks🤦🏾♀️
