The employee appeared to be engaged in a personal video call while assisting customers, which made communication unclear and contributed to delays as a line began to form. In a financial services environment, professionalism and full attention to the customer are essential to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and risk prevention. Multitasking on personal matters during transactions creates unnecessary potential for errors and diminishes the overall customer experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location.
