I came Saturday to make deposit and waited 10 minutes in line and left. I came back today and pulled up to the drive through window - no one was at the window. After waiting a little bit one of the other tellers came to the window and said the lady working the drive though was on a meeting and should be back in a few minutes. I have worked my whole life and never seen such bad management

The bank is temporarily closed because of snow! When your bank is temporarily closed you should mark it as temporarily closed rather than leaving a note on the door only which is archaic these days. It should have been done online just as I am doing it here.

Had to jump through hoops to withdraw cash, NOW I'm supposed to jump through hoops to deposit a check... teller had the personality of a dank wash cloth.
