She was there to help at 10 am appointment that hadn’t arrived yet. With zero hesitation she said “come on in here. How can I help you?” We got the account changes we needed done and really appreciated her quick no stalling customer service attitude. More bankers should be like Ashley! @truist she’s a keeper.
