Enter Miss Karen Coulter; if any of you have the pleasure and opportunity to work with this wonderful woman just be prepared for her to go above and beyond for your loan process and then some. She’ll make sure you’re informed and empowered to make knowledgeable decisions about your home buying process and she’ll fight to make sure that you’re making the best decisions for you and your family by giving you all the best options. And she will do all of this while making you smile ear to ear with her wonderful soul! I know that she is a senior member of her team but I hope that whoever she reports to reads this review and understands how fantastic this woman is and tells her on a regular basis!
