Poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t mind going by rules but don’t talk to me with such a rude tone. Even other customers spoke up about how rude Macy was.

Went in to ask questions about getting currency changed over to Euros and Macy was very nice and helpful with any questions that I had. I have never had any issues with this bank and i have been banking with them all the way back to the SunTrust days when they first changed to that name.

Horrible bank. Everytime I come in to open an account it’s so many other people that need to be seen ahead of u. U could walk into a normal bank like 5/3 & get taken care of but this bank is different they never have a down time. I mean what is a truist bank anyways. I wouldn’t even deal with this company

I'm a customer, waiting for over than 10 minutes for a customer service name Clay Slikard and he is talking to a laday about personal stuff, I asked for the manager and the manager is sitting close by and doesn't say anything. So I'm very pissed.
