Trying to get an external bank account added to my online profile in order to transfer money to make a monthly payment and have called customer service 4 times, now visited the branch 3 times, escalated to the branch manager whom confirmed that my last visit(3rd), I could get this done, but couldn’t and a waste of time. Asked to have the branch manager manager call me as we are spinning our wheels, got a voicemail around 3pm and called back around 4pm, had to leave a message and still no return phone call. This should be a simple task but clearly it’s been a struggle for this bank.
