This branch of BB&T,SunTrust,Truist, or whatever they decide to call themselves today, is ran by extremely unprofessional bank tellers. Almost every time I must go through the drive through there is a mistake on their part and if I didn't catch it, it wouldn't be corrected. They also put new tellers in charge of drive thru that haven't been fully trained. The new teller made a mistake ( which I am used to from them) and I got literally yelled at by the teller that had been there forever, for letting the new teller know she had made a mistake. It embarrassed me so much that I just started driving away to get away from the teller that was yelling at me. Then, she proceeded to call me on my business cell and yell at me more for driving off. They act like they know me there, because I've been going to that branch since I moved to the area. But, that does not mean that they can yell at me and berate me as a customer or any customer for that matter. I've called to let the "higher ups"( for lack of a better term) know what is happening to me every time I must go through the drive thru. I never get a response. So, there must be issues with that part of the company as well. In short...if I didn't have all of my business and personal banking through them I'd totally go elsewhere. This branch is making the company look bad and upsetting customers who have been with them for 30 years or more. It's bad business and I do not recommend this branch.
