- RMReed MartzSep 18, 20235.0Update: Venisha Walker is awesome. We needed assistance with a banking issue that was rather personal and complex. She has gone out of her way to help us. She's a treasure. The staff at this location are friendly. However, for two different accounts they have not asked about paperless account statements and then charged several dollars ($3-$5) per month to mail a two page statement. It is just a low down, dirty way to nickel and dime the customer and they've lost one over it.

I love the Lookout Mountain branch especially for their superior customer service. Most recently John, Brandon, Hannah and Venisha have been helping me over the phone and in person providing exceptional customer service. Today in person Hannah and Venisha helped me open a new account and both went above and beyond to make sure all my banking needs were met! Thanks for everything! Truist branch on Lookout Mountain is the best!!
