Original Post:96% of Better Business Bureau (bbb.com) complaints against banks were favorably resolved last year for the customer. If you are looking for a loan or financing, read this warning first. I have financed almost 20k (principal only) with this bank, and upon reviewing my credit reports noticed that they didn't report any of the many months of timely payments to the credit reporting bureaus. I finally was able to get in touch with the lender at the branch and he 'checked on it'. A few more weeks and emails and I was contacted back by email to let me know that would not be reporting my positive accounts to the bureaus. Banks benefit from creditworthy people having lower scores, so they can charge higher interest rates.
