This branch continues to be disappointing. I watch the person in front of me be refused notary services even though she has an account. They were unable to assist me with getting a wire transfer set up. This branch will be the reason why we move our money elsewhere.

There is no reason customers should have to wait 15 minutes to make a deposit. Every branch is short on help and have unqualified people working.

My grandpa banks here he wrote me a check to cash for my daughter's car not only did they charge 8.00 to cash their own check but they made me wait for almost 25 minutes as if it was a national treasure they were giving with me I do not recommend this bank... no other bank charges to cash their own check

Bankers here are awful! Very uncaring attitudes. When I went to apply for a small loan I walked on a banker with her feet on the desk while someone was in her office. As if she was at home. Worst part is she was the only one available to speak with. Should have known better as now 5 days later she has yet to follow through on a simple call. I clearly made a poor choice. I never liked SunTrust but Truist is an entire level of trash in its own right. Stay far away.
