When I went to apply for a small loan I walked on a banker with her feet on the desk while someone was in her office. As if she was at home. Worst part is she was the only one available to speak with. Should have known better as now 5 days later she has yet to follow through on a simple call. I clearly made a poor choice. I never liked SunTrust but Truist is an entire level of trash in its own right. Stay far away.
