- TTTony T.5 days ago5.0I don't bank here, so when I came here the first time and also the second time I was a bit apprehensive. I was expecting to be dealt with a bit harshly since I didn't have an account there. Typically that's my experienced when trying to cash a check drawn on a bank where I am not an account holder. That said, I was pleasantly surprised both during my first trip and my second trip here. The people were very nice, they were courteous, they engaged inconversations and all with Smiles on their faces. It was a pleasure to do business here, even though I am not an account holder. I was looking for a bank to open an account with and I'm seriously considering this bank because I'm new to the area so I'm not familiar with most of the bank here and I'm not a big fan of the big names like the bank of America and Wells Fargo. I much prefer to deal with small Banks. I'm actually seriously considering this one because of the service that I received here twice.

I've been informed by this bank that my account is negative and they are seaking collections. The thing is, I closed this account only a few days after I opened it. A month after my review is posted Truist says I owe them....for a closed account that I never used in the 4 days it was open. Avoid this business at all costs. Do not put your money here, BECAUSE THIS BANK SSSSUUUUCCCKKKKSSSSS
